The The Ministry of Defense reported that the process of granting leave to conscripts who took part in the hostilities in Artsakh, started on December 1.
"As promised earlier by the RA Minister of Defense Vagharshak Harutyunyan, the process of providing leave to the conscripts who took part in the military operations in Artsakh, started on December 1. Yesterday the first large group of servicemen arrived in Armenia", the ministry said in a statement.
