The Russian peacekeeping contingent continues its round-the-clock monitoring in the territory of Nagorno Karabakh.
Mobile video broadcasting and ZVKS systems have been set up and are operating in all observation points to obtain objective information on the situation. The situation is also monitored by an Orlan-10 drone.
The ceasefire is maintained along the entire line of contact. Russian peacekeepers ensure the safe return of civilians to their places of permanent residence, provide humanitarian assistance and restore civilian infrastructure.
Today the educational process resumed in Stepanakert school # 8. More than 400 pupil have started their studies. The school was rebuilt with the help of Russian peacekeepers. The building, the interior areas were repaired, the electricity and heat supply were restored.
Civilians continue to return to Nagorno-Karabakh from Armenia. Another 1,168 people returned during the day. With the help of Russian peacekeepers, more than 27,000 displaced people have already returned to their former homes.
Russian peacekeepers continue to clear the Stepanakert region and the section along the Shushi-Lisagor power line from explosives. During the day, more than 4 hectares of land, 1 kilometer of road were cleared, 17 explosives were found and destroyed.
In total, the engineering units of Nagorno Karabakh cleared more than 38 hectares of land, more than 12 kilometers of roads, inspected 117 houses and social facilities, found and neutralized more than 1,100 explosives.
Restoration of vital engineering communications continues in Nagorno-Karabakh with the assistance of Russian peacekeepers. More than 1.8 kilometers of communication lines, 1.5 kilometers of gas pipelines, more than 1.7 kilometers of power lines, 7 power transmission towers and 4 transformer substations were restored daily.
The military doctors of the special medical unit of the RF Ministry of Defense provided quality medical care to another 54 residents of Stepanakert, including 8 children.
According to the peacekeeping forces of the Russian Federation and the International Committee of the Red Cross, the search and exchange of bodies continues.
