The Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan received a delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross headed by Martin Schupp, Regional Director for Europe and Central Asia.
Martin Schupp noted that an effective dialogue has been established between the ICRC and Armenia. Issues related to the exchange of prisoners, the search for the bodies and the missing were discussed. Tigran Avinyan said that the Armenian side offers the principle of "all for all" in the process of the exchange of prisoners.
