Today the meeting of the Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan and the RA Minister of Defense Vagharshak Harutyunyan took place.
"I have just received the newly appointed RA Minister of Defense Vagharshak Harutyunyan. The topic of discussion was the fate of our missing and captured servicemen", said the Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan in part.
