Ahead of the session of the CSTO Collective Security Council, a sitting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the CSTO member states was held on December 1 in video format. The participants in particular exchanged views on strengthening CSTO cooperation and establishing partnerships with international organizations.
In his speech, the RA Foreign Minister Ayvazyan spoke in detail about the war unleashed by Azerbaijan against Artsakh, its consequences and regional developments. The Minister emphasized the direct participation of Turkey in the operations of the Azerbaijani side and the transfer of foreign armed terrorists to Azerbaijan to engage in hostilities against Artsakh.
In the context of the issue of foreign armed terrorists, the Armenian Foreign Minister drew the attention of his colleagues to Azerbaijan's steps to establish a hotbed of international terrorism in the Caucasus region, which is fraught with the possibility of transferring terrorism to other countries and neighboring regions.
