"Yesterday I visited a group of relatives of missing servicemen who blocked "Azatamartikneri" Street in Stepanakert. I listened to their concerns, presented our work and my positions". Artsakh Ombudsman Artak Beglaryan wrote about this on Facebook.
"The state authorities are obliged to use all possible levers to resolve humanitarian issues as soon as possible and to communicate effectively and regularly with the relatives of the missing and captives", the Ombudsman wrote.
