Mines and other unexploded ordnance found by sapper groups of the Emergency Situations Service will soon be neutralized in Stepanakert, the capital of Artsakh, and near the village of Mkhitarashen in the Askeran region.
"In case of hearing an explosion, please do not panic. For clarifications, call the 911 center of the Emergency Service", the Artsakh State Emergency Service reports.
