The apartments and public and vital infrastructures destroyed after the war in Artsakh are being restored, the State Emergency Situations Service of the Artsakh Republic reports.
"Before the start of construction, the representatives of the State Emergency Situations Service, the RF Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Ministry of Urban Development measured the damage. Renovation and reconstruction works have already started in Stepanakert and regions.
The Russian Federation has twice sent construction materials to Stepanakert as part of humanitarian assistance to overcome the humanitarian catastrophe created by the war", the statement said.
