As a result of the investigative and judicial actions initiated in the framework of the criminal case initiated on the case of unleashing an aggressive war on September 27, 2020, against Armenia and Artsakh, in violation of the requirements of a number of international agreements on the use of terrorists by Azerbaijan from day one, preliminary data have been obtained on the use of terrorists by Azerbaijan from the very first day of the war. Azerbaijan has used members of various terrorist groups recruited to obtain financial compensation. This was reported by the RA Prosecutor General's Office.
According to the prosecutor's office, the latters carried out international terrorism in order to destabilize the internal state of a foreign state, by organizing and carrying out explosions, arson and other similar actions, continuing to destroy people, buildings, structures, roads and means of communication or other property.
