More than 2,000 people returned to Artsakh in the last day. The number of returnees since November 14 is 15,000, said the official representative of the RF Ministry of Defense Igor Konashenkov.
"Russian peacekeepers have transported about 3,000 tons of construction materials to Stepanakert to assist the people of Nagorno-Karabakh in rebuilding social infrastructure and housing", Konashenkov said, adding that the ceasefire was maintained along the entire line of contact.
"The Humanitarian Demining Center cleaned about 1 hectare of land and 1.5 km of road. 78 buildings were inspected in Stepanakert, including a school and a water treatment and filtration station", Igor Konashenkov said.
