Today, the Council of Elders of Yerevan unanimously decided to provide the 100 million drams (envisaged for the implementation of New-Year events in 2020 budget) to the capital of Artsakh. It is planned to direct that money to the reconstruction of civilian facilities and infrastructure damaged as a result of the Stepanakert bombing.
Deputy Mayor of Yerevan Sergey Nersisyan said that other allocations from the capital of Armenia to the capital of Artsakh are also envisaged.
