The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has not yet reached an agreement on the return of the detainees in the frame of the tripartite statement. The head of the communication programs of the Red Cross delegation in Armenia Zara Amatuni told "Lurer" that the Baku office of the organization visited the servicemen captured as a result of hostilities, as well as civilians.
Amatuni informed that the representatives of the Red Cross also met with the citizens of Armenia and Artsakh who had been in Azerbaijan until September 27, helping to establish contact with the families.
