The Chair of the Federation Council of the RF Federal Assembly Valentina Matviyenko sent a congratulatory letter to the Speaker of the RA National Assembly Ararat Mirzoyan, on the occasion of his birthday.
Congratulating Ararat Mirzoyan, Valentina Matvienko expressed confidence that the personal qualities of the Speaker of the National Assembly will help overcome the difficult times for Armenia.
