Over the case of the protection of the rights of a captive military serviceman, the ECHR granted the applications and decided to take urgent measures. The former RA Minister of Justice Artak Zeynalyan, a human rights activist, stated this on Facebook.
"The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) has granted our appeals to the European Court of Human Rights over the protection of the rights of Armenian prisoners of war during the large-scale war (Starting from September 27 of this year) waged by Azerbaijan against Artsakh. The captives are:

To remind - On behalf of the family members of the Armenian captives, applications were submitted to the European Court with the demand to apply an urgent measure to protect the right to life and the right not to be treated inhumanely.
The European Court of Human Rights has requested documented information from the Government of Azerbaijan on the fact of their detention, their location, detention conditions and medical care. The court set a deadline of 27.11.2020 to provide the required information.
The court ruled that the Azerbaijani government did not provide founded and credible information within the timeframe set by the court", Zeynalyan said in a statement.
