The Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan visited the town of Martuni today.
"Accompanied by the regional officials and the Minister of Urban Development, I got acquainted with the destruction in the regional center as a result of the war and gave relevant instructions on the spot to start the restoration and repair works as soon as possible.
Then I convened an extended consultation with the participation of the community leaders and other officials of the region. In my speech, I emphasized that first of all, the normal course of life should be restored, first of all, solving all the infrastructural problems", the Artsakh President noted.
