The Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations sent two convoys of humanitarian aid to Nagorno Karabakh on Friday, RIA Novosti was told by the ministry's press service.
"On November 20, the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations will send the first humanitarian convoys to Nagorno Karabakh. The construction materials will be transported by special vehicles to restore the homes and social infrastructure of the affected population", the statement said.
