Vagharshak Harutyunyan will replace Davit Tonoyan as the Minister of Defense. Sources

According to "Lurer", Armenian Defense Minister David Tonoyan has resigned. He will be replaced by Vagharshak Harutyunyan, Chief Advisor to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia.

Harutyunyan was the Minister of Defense of the Republic of ArmeniaIn in 1999-2000.
