"I talked to Ilham Aliyev. He said that the Azerbaijani authorities will take control of everything and ensure access to religious sites for both Armenian and Azerbaijani sides.
One of them is under your control, it is one of the oldest Christian monasteries. The access of both Armenians and Azeris must be ensured there as well. Taking all this into account, it is necessary to regulate the work regime through contacts with both sides", Vladimir Putin said.
