"More than a century after the 1915 Armenian Genocide, perpetrated by the leaders of the Ottoman Empire, the Armenian people have once again fallen victim to two dictatorships, as both Baku and Ankara are inciting hatred of Armenians to consolidate their absolute power with a new bloody booty.
The fate of the Armenians was brutally changed in Nagorno Karabakh, which they call Artsakh. For more than two millennia, humble and proud people have lived on this land, firmly clinging to their rocky and wonderful land.
Deprived of human dignity, Recep Tayyip Erdogan's Turkey and Ilham Aliyev's Azerbaijan launched a fierce attack on the Armenians of Artsakh to thwart their legitimate aspirations. For Armenians, Nagorno Karabakh is first and foremost a people with its centuries-old culture, music and dance, which wants to join the world and get rid of its enclave status.
On the contrary, for the Baku and Ankara authorities, Artsakh is just an area where the Azerbaijani flag should be flown at all costs. Turkish special forces, numerous Turkish drones and jihadist mercenaries sent to destroy civilians in the conflict zone. It has already been proven that Azerbaijan has used cluster bombs in Artsakh, which are prohibited by international law. This was a completely unequal war.
The Armenians did not want that war, the war was imposed on them, and they fought for their existence. For the Azerbaijani dictatorship, this war is just a matter of nationalist ambition. The President of Azerbaijan clearly stated his intentions when in the first days of the large-scale military aggression against Artsakh he announced "We will drive them away like dogs".
In the 21st century, such hatred for human beings causes great anger. It has absolutely no place in the modern world.
That is why I support Armenia, I support Artsakh", the message reads in part.
