The Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan made the following post on Facebook.
"Dear compatriots,
The governments of Artsakh and Armenia continue to make every effort to eliminate the consequences of the hard post-war period and to thoroughly address the housing problems of the homeless. The implementation of all this requires some time, so I ask those businesses and individuals in Armenia who have hosted homeless families from Artsakh to continue sheltering them during this period as well.
Realizing the difficult situation, the Artsakh government is ready to bear all the living expenses, including food.

Please organize all discussions with this structure in order to find optimal solutions to these problems.
Those of our compatriots who have been deprived of apartments and temporarily moved to Armenia, who will have problems with their residence, please contact the operative headquarters by all means".
