The statement came from the Russian Minister of Emergency Situations Yevgeny Zinichev during a meeting on the Russian mission in the NK region.
He noted that according to preliminary data, 284 buildings were completely destroyed in 40 settlements of 4 regions of Nagorno Karabakh, and their type and nature are being clarified. "The first column of building materials has already moved today. 300 tons of construction materials are being loaded in the Rostov region", Zinichev said, adding that another 30 trucks will leave for Nagorno Karabakh on November 21.
According to the Minister, 30,000 displaced people are expected to return to Nagorno Karabakh in the coming days. "The existing infrastructure can accommodate up to 5,000 people. Several options are being developed to accommodate the remaining people", Zinichev said.
