War-torn Stepanakert and other settlements will be rebuilt soon. This was reported by the Artsakh State Emergency Situations Service.
"The Republic of Artsakh and the Russian Federation are taking practical and clear steps in this direction. 6 working groups were formed yesterday.
The latter measure and inventory the damage in Stepanakert, regional centers and rural communities, which will be immediately followed by active construction.
The working groups included the employees of the Artsakh State Emergency Situations Service, the RF Ministry of Emergency Situations, the representatives of the Artsakh Ministry of Urban Development and the construction department of Stepanakert Municipality", the message reads.
