On November 17, Russian President Vladimir Putin commented on Russia-Armenia relations on Россия 24 TV channel.
"Recently, nothing much has changed in our relations with Armenia, including during the rule of the Prime Minister Pashinyan", said Vladimir Putin.
He added that relations with Pashinyan are "quite reliable and constructive".
"Therefore, these hints (about the change in Moscow's attitude towards Yerevan) are incomprehensible to me", he said.
