Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan informed that his family returned to Stepanakert today.
"Artsakh will live after a great ordeal, and regardless of the situation, we will confidently build the future of our children.
I also appealed to all government officials to take measures in the coming days to resettle with their families in their homes.
