"We must analyze and formulate the agenda that we have today, and we must implemet that agenda, particularly focusing on the issue of the status of Nagorno Karabakh. The most important thing is that the people of Nagorno Karabakh should live in Nagorno Karabakh, and the issue of Nagorno Karabakh's status should be at the heart of the negotiation process with new urgency and importance, as well as humanitarian, communication, transport and other issues". The Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said this during a press conference.
Pashinyan stressed that before the war we were facing a situation when there was an international consensus on handing over the 7 regions to Azerbaijan without preconditions. "Our whole policy has been an attempt to change that logic", he said, noting that we may not have evaluated the possibilities of changing that logic correctly, but on the other hand, if we did not evaluate them correctly, what should we have done?.
Pshinyan said that he, for example, could not accept it and tried to do everything to increase Armenia's resistance to the issue. He mentioned that they tried to do everything so that during 2 years the combat efficiency and level of armament of our armed forces to increase significantly.
