We had discussions with the representatives of political forces, in general, they were aware of the trends.

As I said, a situation was created when a decision had to be made within hours, in a very limited time", the RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated during an online press conference, referring to the statements that the RA President, NA factions and political forces were not aware of tripartite statement signed on the night of the 10th November.
Pashinyan stressed that the institutions in the country function and will function. He assured that now it is more important to fully guarantee stability and public security within the state. and we need to focus on that.
"The parliament, the president of the republic and all the other institutions must function today. All our activities should be aimed at ensuring security and stability", said the Prime Minister.
