The Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan referred to the Armenian-Russian relations in the parliament.
"I officially state that over the recent four, even five years, the position of the Russian Federation on the Karabakh issue has not changed at all," Pashinyan said.
The second rumor that there was an opportunity for if Pashinyan resigned, the course of the war would have changed, however he refused to resign, the Prime Minister countered saying that it is a lie.
"I had a very direct talk to all relevant people on whether it can change anything in the situation. I have discussed this issue very openly," Pashinyan said.
