The Ombudsmen of the Republic of Armenia and Artsakh Arman Tatoyan and Artak Beglaryan conducted joint fact-finding work in Artsakh, which was attended by Baroness Caroline Cox, Member of the House of Lords of the United Kingdom. Mrs. Caroline Cox was accompanied by international journalists and experts.
The Baroness and her team recorded on the spot the atrocities and crimes against humanity, committed by the Azerbaijani armed forces since September 27, 2020, which were intentionally caused to the lives, health, property and many other rights of Artsakh civilians.
