The European Union has expressed readiness to help the civilian population affected by the hostilities in Karabakh. Brussels has already provided about 1 million euros in emergency aid, according to DW.
At the same time, President of France Emanuel Macron stated that Paris is ready to help achieve a long-term, balanced solution to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. In a telephone conversation with Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan, the French leader welcomed the cessation of hostilities in the region.
