Today, the President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan received the Commander of the Russian Peacekeeping Troops, Lieutenant General Rustam Muradov, who arrived in Artsakh to control the ceasefire regime.
"During the meeting, we exchanged views on specific issues related to the implementation of the responsible mission by the peacekeeping contingent", the Artsakh President said.
