Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan held an extended working meeting today.
"I once again have stressed that urgent measures must be taken to return to normal living conditions.
All our citizens who lost their homes as a result of the war will mainly settle in Stepanakert, as well as in other settlements of the Republic of Artsakh.
No citizen will be left out of the spotlight. And the government's task is to immediately solve the social problems of all our compatriots," the Artsakh President said.
