According to the RA Minister of Finance Atom Janjughazyan, they had a 6% economic growth forecast for 2020, which was adjusted by 0.8 percentage points immediately after the start of hostilities. As a result, about 7.9% economic decline is expected for 2020.
"4.8% economic growth was planned for 2021, but taking into account the negative impact of the second wave of the pandemic, the change in external demand, it is estimated that the 3.2% economic growth scenario for next year can be considered realistic", the minister said today in the Parliament.
