The Russian President Vladimir Putin has instructed to carry out the shift of the peacekeeper contingent in Nagorno-Karabakh at least twice a year. This is stated in the decree of the RF President, RIA Novosti reported.
"The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation must carry out shifts of peacekeeping personnel and military equipment at least twice a year due to the depletion of resources and technical necessity", the document reads.
