The Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan wrote on Facebook:
"The hard political situation has automatically formed a new agenda. In order to discuss it with the main actors of the Armenian political field and to present all the available information, I apply to the RA parliamentary and extra-parliamentary forces to visit Stepanakert and hold discussions on the spot.
Tomorrow, on November 11, I am ready to receive the leadership of the political forces involved in the RA National Assembly. Then I will have meetings with extra-parliamentary forces".
