During the day, the Azerbaijani forces continued to shell at the peaceful settlements of Artsakh, in particular, Stepanakert.
The State Emergency Situations Service of Artsakh informs, that the city was shelled more than 10 times with long-range missiles.
The target, as always, was the civil infrastructure, the communication systems of the capital and apartment buildings, even the Shahumyan park. There is a lot of destruction in the city. No victims.
It should be noted that there is no military facility in the rocket-hit districts.
