The resolution reports that the city council of Alkiza expresses its solidarity with the people of Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh) and extends its condolences to the families of all the victims.
The Council calls on the international community, in particular the members of the OSCE Minsk Group, to take steps to strengthen the ceasefire.
Also, the resolution states that the only viable, lasting solution to the Artsakh issue lies in honest dialogue and constructive negotiations and that it must be based on the will of the majority of the citizens of the Artsakh Republic.
