"Haykakan Zhamanak" reports that former commander of the Artsakh Defense Army, Lieutenant General Jalal Harutyunyan is recovering. Spokesman for the Artsakh President Vahram Poghosyan told the newspaper about this.
He noted that there are no negative tendencies in Jalal Harutyunyan's health condition.
