The EU provides additional emergency aid for civilians affected by the conflict in Nagorno–Karabakh.
The Armenian Red Cross Society and the Red Crescent of Azerbaijan will deliver food packages, blankets, hygiene items and other essential help to civilians who were forced to flee because of the conflict.
