"On the front, yes, there may be a hard situation, retreat, losses, but it is not right to assess a particular situation, sector, settlement". The representative of the Ministry of Defense Artsrun Hovhannisyan said that during the briefing.
" We are summarizing the general situation - the events that took place throughout the day. If we are guided by separate assessments, what answer should we give to the soldier fighting on the front line? We must maintain the combat readiness of the army in order to be able to win", Hovhannisyan continued, adding: "Believe me, if we have a significant retreat, we report that, and if you know sooner because someone told you, I can not say the same as long as the last soldier is fighting there. I can not say that we lost Hadrut, for example, while people are fighting there. They want our confidence - to keep fighting".
"We do not like panic, our retreats, our losses should not break us, because we keep our home, our identity. Do not present your ideas as the last truth, do not say things that will affect the security of Armenia and Artsakh", Hovhannisyan urged.
