"We have stated several times that not one or another segment of the Turkish armed forces or security system works for Azerbaijan, but the whole of Turkey with its intelligence, technical assistance and leadership," said the representative of the RA Ministry of Defense Artsrun Hovhannisyan referring the statement of the Director of the Foreign Intelligence Service of RF Sergei Naryshkin on that Turkish intelligence works in favor of Azerbaijan.
"We have actually fixed that there is not a concept like a leadership of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces. There is a leadership of the General Staff of Turkey and a leadership of Azerbaijan plus other subdivisions, military units, groups, mercenaries and others."
