Stepanakert is regularly shelled. This was reported by the Artsakh State Emergency Service.
"Enemy forces are launching non-target missiles in the direction of Stepanakert. During the last hour alone, the air alarm signal sounded three times in the capital. There is no information about the victims yet", the message reads.
