"Today I visited Shushi, met with the defenders of the town, discussed on the spot our strategy of fighting against numerous enemy forces". The President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan wrote about it on Facebook.
"The defensive fortifications created by the joint efforts of professional soldiers and volunteers and the determination of the boys inspire hope that all possible efforts will be made to keep the fortress town impregnable.
Shushi, with its spiritual and cultural values and traditions, is one of the greatest heritages we have inherited from our ancestors and we must pass it on to our generations in the same Armenian spirit".
