On November 4, the mayor of Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, passed a resolution on behalf of the municipality recognizing the independence and the right to self-determination of the Artsakh Republic.
According to Massispost, the resolution passed by the city of Englewood Cliffs condemns the hostilities of Azerbaijan and Turkey against the Armenians in Nagorno Karabakh.
"I think peace can always be achieved with sensible people, and we must always find that way rather, than go to a dead end in the conflict," said Mayor Mario Kranjak.
