"3 times the leaders of the three co-chairing countries made a direct contribution to the ceasefire, 3 times Armenia was involved and secured the agreement, but 3 times Azerbaijan violated the agreement because 3 times Azerbaijan was led by Turkey.
Thus, 3 times we have a situation where Azerbaijan shows an irresponsible approach to fulfilling its commitment", The RA Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan said this at a briefing with journalists in the National Assembly.
"This does not mean that we will stop working to establish a ceasefire, including with the help of the Co-Chairs, based on the four points agreed in Moscow on October 10," the Minister said. He noted that one of the priority issues is the introduction of a verification system, which will enable more effective implementation of the ceasefire agreement. Mnatsakanyan noted that work is being done in this direction, and the involvement, determination and work of the co-chairs remain very important.
Answering the question on the need to apply to the CSTO, the Minister said that at the moment Armenia is carrying out the functions that need to be carried out.
