The 27 EU member countries have ratified the Armenia-EU agreement.
"However, there are still three countries - Spain, Italy and Portugal, which have not yet officially notified the EU Secretariat of the completion of the ratification process," said RA Deputy FM Avet Adonts.
According to him, it is a technical, formal issue.
"The ratified document already exists, but it must be officially notified to Brussels, as a result of which the EU will officially consider the ratification process complete. After that, the agreement will be fully implemented. Currently, only 80% of the document is being implemented," Adonts said.
