Today the RA Ombudsman Arman Tatoyan received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Armenia Nico Schermers.
During the meeting, Tatoyan presented facts about the atrocities committed by the Azerbaijani armed forces against civilians, including the use of banned cluster bombs, also weapons containing chemical elements, against civilians. Tatoyan presented facts of mass destruction of civilian infrastructure.
Arman Tatoyan stressed that the Azerbaijani attacks on the population of Artsakh and Armenia continue to be accompanied by a large-scale hate speech against ethnic Armenians, as well as the fact that anti-Armenian actions are carried out against ethnic Armenians in a number of countries.
"The targeting of civilians and the use of prohibited weapons against them, the involvement of mercenary terrorists, the hatred towards Armenians and the atrocities and inhuman treatment of the Azerbaijani armed forces show that thier task is to carry out ethnic cleansing in Artsakh by terrorist methods", he said.
