Throughout the day, the Azerbaijani armed forces attempted to attack in various directions, including in the forested area of the North East.This was reported about by the representative of the RA MoD Artsrun Hovhannisyan during the briefing, informing that there were battles in the southern direction.
According to Hovhannisyan, in the south, along the Vorotan River, there was an attempt by a detachment, which lost 2-3 units of armored vehicles and was thrown back.
The representative of the RA MoD said that small-scale air force is used in battles, as well as a small amount of artillery, but, according to him, in some places, where the adversary attempts to attack, the intensity of fire sometimes increases.
Referring to the situation on the borders of Armenia, Hovhannisyan said that today in the Gegharkunik region at least three adversary UAVs were hit by the Armenian air defense in a very short period of time. There were no active hostilities in other parts of the RA border.
