The moment of RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's letter to Russian President Vladimir Putin was chosen based on the military situation, the RA Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan stated this at a briefing.
"There was a time when the accumulation and dislocation have proved that it would be right to turn to Russia at that moment. Perhaps there was a situation that was considered a danger and a threat, including for the borders of Armenia" he said.
Grigoryan assured that this step and the situation have been analyzed, and in that context the analysis of the military are also of great importance.
