The President of the Artsakh Republic released a video on his meeting with the freedom fighters of the volunteer detachments named after Vladimir Balayan and Shahen Meghryan.
"In this important period of Armenian history, when the security of our people and our national interests are endangered, their role is invaluable, as it was in the case of Vladimir Balayan and Shahen Meghryan.
We will still have many opportunities to talk about their heroic deeds for the salvation of the homeland, but now we must meet, discuss the situation and award", the Artsakh President wrote on Facebook.
