The purpose of the regular air alarm in Stepanakert is to inform the population about the enemy air force in the sky and the impending threat. This was reported by the Artsakh State Emergency Service.
"The struggle continues in the rear as well. Enemy forces regularly shell the peaceful settlements. A little while ago Martuni was subjected to another bombing. Today, once again, military aviation was used here, destruction and material damage were caused to the civilian population. The situation in other settlements is relatively calm", the statement reads.
